With these high-quality, safe pigments, you can confidently enhance your features with beautiful, long-lasting results.

What is REACH?
The Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is the primary EU law designed to safeguard human health and the environment from potential risks posed by chemicals. It achieves this by improving the early identification of the intrinsic properties of chemical substances and implementing measures, such as phasing out or restricting substances of very high concern. Additionally, REACH seeks to promote innovation and boost the competitiveness of the EU industry.
The REACH regulation aims to:
Ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment from harmful substances.
Evaluate the safety of chemical substances used within the EU.
Foster innovation and enhance competitiveness.
Encourage alternative, non-animal methods for assessing substance hazards.
The Advantages of LaBina® Pigment Inks
1. We use high-quality raw materials
We use only the finest, high-quality raw materials, thoroughly tested to meet our standards. In line with our raw material management practices, we subject our products to more rigorous testing with independent laboratories than what is legally required.
2. Lightfastness and an impressive range of shades
The pigments used in the LaBina® pigment inks do not cleave off any carcinogenic or other toxic substances. The use of high-purity, high-performance pigments guarantee safety. The pigments have excellent lightfastness and we have developed an impressive range of colors. Synthetic pigments are of high quality and are almost completely free from heavy metals like nickel.
3. Free from potentially carcinogenic AZO dyes
As required by law, LaBina® pigment inks do not contain any AZO dyes as they are believed to cause cancer. Each batch is tested for possible contamination.
4. No chemical preservatives
novoxx® is 100 % biocompatible and is not perceived by the body as a foreign substance. novoxx® replaces conventional cosmetics preservatives and reliably kills bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It acts as an antioxidant, protects the skin and pigments, promotes wound healing and reduces itching.
5. No iron oxide, prevents red brows
Iron oxide can cause the skin to turn red and often indicates a product with a high nickel content. In the absence of iron oxide, pigments stay stable in the skin without reddening, which also lowers the risk of allergic reactions.
6. Tested for heavy metals
In addition to adhering to the Council of Europe’s standards, we voluntarily conduct testing of our pigment inks for heavy metals in compliance with California’s stringent regulations for tattoo inks, and we evaluate them based on a total of 18 different medical safety parameters.
7. No carcinogenic PAH
Many polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) are suspected carcinogens and therefore have no place in pigment inks. We only use the highest purity carbon black quality soot from a German manufacturer which is guaranteed to not contain any PAH.
8. Manufactured without animal suffering
We do not test any of our products on animals.
9. No bleeding – more color in the skin
“ASS – Advanced Skin Sealing Technology” ensures that the pores close up quickly. This stops the colour from bleeding and ensures effective color storage.
10. Maximum pigment, maximum color
“NBT – Narrow Band Dispersion Technology” guarantees maximum pigment storage in the skin and an extremely high color density.
11. Safety during MRI examinations
Our LaBina® pigment inks do not cause any side effects during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures, unlike conventional products that contain iron oxides.
12. No alcohol added
Alcohol, which is often used as a preservative in PMU inks, irritates the skin and burns in the wound. LaBina® pigment inks do not contain alcohol.
13. Sterility is guaranteed
Our LaBina® pigment inks are mixed under vacuum and ground in an airtight environment to avoid contamination. In accordance with all statutory provisions, our pigment inks are sterilized with gamma rays. novoxx® ensures microbiological safety after opening.
14. Vegan raw materials
With one exception: LaBina® pigment inks contain shellac. This is a resin that is secreted by the female lac bug onto trees and then collected. We use shellac as a binding agent to stop our pigments and ingredients from settling at the bottom of the bottle. We use a high purity pharmaceutical shellac, which is also used in medicines and food.
15. Quality and color fidelity through digitalization
We use an IT-based formulation system and a quality assurance system (QA) to ensure consistent quality and high color fidelity. Our production process is fully documented and almost reaches the world’s highest standard in the pharmaceutical industry.
16. Cosmetic pharmaceutical dispersant
The dispersant used in our LaBina® pigment inks only consist of certified pharmaceutical and cosmetic raw materials that are toxicologically safe.
